This meas citywatcher will be posting a message on Monday morning. "Sold all my Asos stock. Goodbye everyone hope I will see you on a different board where I am going to invest in the stocks recommended by the link I posted.
Everybody has their own agenda. Talks ongoing for sale of Topshop which will bring in cash to lower debt thus the interest being paid now will go towards profit and recovery. Analysis fron Berenberg and other analysts show this is a recovery stock . The price is on lows and didn't crash.
I asked myself are the main investors selling out answer definitely not.
I am an investor and carefully carry out due diligence before buying and I am happy with holding Asos stock and do have an exit plan but definitely not at these prices.
If Asos was a dividend stock I would be holding for years.
Above is all my opinion and not advice.
KOD is def A Watch This Space

Investors have margin accounts where the broker also acts as a lender but client is given a time frame to sell within or outright purchase the holding. Pocket the diff if price is higher and pay the diff if it is lower. Hence more than likely margin customers selling.
Pure gambling
Have checked buy and sells by time and seems correct but maybe slightly out.
And price still holding. An excellent sign. My opinion only

You have highlighted the main points which to me indicate a definite strong buy .
All I can add is WATCH THIS SPACE
Buy something you think is better or stick with kod and stop arguing. THERE IS NO THIRD OPTION.
Apologies if I have offended others on this board.
If he sells I sell. If he accumulates I do the same.
As far as the director sell goes he must have needed the small amount if money for a certain reason. If he would gave sold the majority of his shareholding and kept a small amount of a million pounds worth then that would raise concern for me to follow suit.
Sorry wrong board
If he sells I sell. If he accumulates I do the same. As far as the director sell my personal opinion is he needed the small amount of cash for a reason. If he had sold all his holding but left a small amount of a million pounds worth then it would certainly be a concern and then to follow suit but that is not the case here.

What in your opinion is the lowest this can fall to ?
A Strong buy.
For me this is a strong buy and hold.
Is this company struggling in any way ? NO
Does this company need to raise funds in the near term ? NO
Has this company got good and well established business partners. Yes
Markets are volatile at present and Ceres is holding its ground.
Excellent company with excellent partners. Market is jittery at present with the Ukraine crisis also Partygate and the energy crisis looming etc.
For me it's a strong buy. Again that's my opinion. As far as charts go Zak Mir and his charting on lots of different company's doesn't always pay of.
I would rather research and buy. Again that's my way of investing.
Yes there would be a retrace after the sudden rise when the rns hit last week. Excellent company with the right tech at the right time and not to mention the well established partners. What is there not to like
