Should be ok thanks buysellf as my broker isn’t self clearing, Jarvis are the intermediary clearing house, hopefully sorts itself in a couple of days, funds safe, but missed a trading opportunity on eisb this morning that cost me a few k, all very annoying.

Who cares, the spreadex seller is about done, the shares transferred over with no voting rights were down to appropriate 1.5m on last tr1 from memory, I’m sure there isn’t a raise coming, so I’ve reversed the wagon and started loading GLA

Can’t see it regarding arb in Canada David, the only time the difference is worthwhile is when the shares are no longer fungible between the two markets (after a raise for 6 months) whilst it looks on paper there’s a few quid in it at the moment, add on dealing charges and FX charges and there’s nothing in it. Myself and my broker ran the figures last week, I have made £7k on 100k shares in the past, moving between the two, but imho not atm.

Trek isn’t the only one john, apart from super dielectrics, which I can’t sell till they list later next year, and a couple of leveraged smaller trades, same here.

Industry peer method of valuation would suggest it’s a buy!

Wins have a big buyer AB and peel are desperately trying to buy back stock they sold at 15p and have now priced themselves out of the market, they did for a while turn off their machine, I don’t think peel are the only ones struggling for stock either.

BOD professional reputation is ruined, and they will likely never serve again on another BOD, their brand is toxic, don’t suppose you or they considered that with their game of bluff!

Selling my Canadian line of stock and buying Uk shares, (as long as arb still exists) puts the MM with his naked short under more pressure, you can sell 150k in one hit in Uk.

A bid for 150k in one hit tells me all I need to know. No prizes for guessing which MM the usual culprit that tries to swing share prices around.

Please be aware we will most likely need a corporate lawyer though, proof of holding will be required, myself and a couple of other shareholders went down this route with Rose petroleum to remove Matt idiens, the broker however was behind us on the QT and sourced the lawyer at nil cost. Worth approaching the broker to mtfb, as they will have the majority of clients who lost out, and trust me the broker will be just as peeved with the Bod as us, and will probably throw them under the bus. Anyway fingers crossed.
