Just taken out some of the last placing stock internally at my broker (12.5m) at the mid, crazy cheap
Rejection Monday followed by4% dumping of stock. Excellent! Bun fight Monday, choose your entry carefully. Money to be made here.
Look like the brokers options from the last placing to me, they were exerciseable at .4 same as placing.
“ The Company has also issued 22,500,000 warrants to TPI, giving them the right to acquire such number of new Ordinary Shares at an exercise price equal to the Placing Price for a period of two years.“
Note: 22.5m trades in the late trades that exactly correspond to the paragraph above. Oh well can’t sell twice!
Every = very
After jubilee capital messed up trading warrants, the city has become spooked, now nobody is prepared to offer a covered short on Tom warrants, ( a good thing for Tomco shareholders) So that being the case every few if any warrants will have, or will be exercised at this price point, this SP just isn’t valuing Tomco anywhere near where the SP will be in 12 months.!
Certainly won’t be exercising my .8 warrants for peanuts, perhaps 3p plus.
“Don't worry about warrants. “ I’m not! However, I am a bit more concerned about the £2.1m of clns that potentially get sold here, a placing to take them out would be better.
Well Bully if I get offered £1.50 I’d be insulted, Cascadura is worth that alone atm imho, given gas is now the must have hydrocarbon, if the next drill comes in £1.50 no chance way north.
Worth looking at Carapal ridge and what BG paid for 65%

First price monitoring extension since July 23rd, looks to be trading freely now, won’t be long before £ breach, think this week
Dana, take it from me or don’t, but as someone who’s worked on a seismic gun boat dealing with a price compressor with a Detroit diesel on the arrsee end of it, which for a good reason lived in a very sturdy cage below deck (2 of) you tend to remember working with several thousand psi, it tends to focus ones mind, when potentially your dealing with a bomb when cylinders are charged to several thousand psi, I’d imagine drill workers at shell afforded the same respect, hence why it was still talked about years later.
Tidd, nobody wanted gas when shell drilled the well, gas discoveries had to be multiple TCF’s to move the dial back in the 60’s/70’s for a major, and make them consider development, when I worked in Tanzania for black marlin energy, siesmic, (We found the solo gas field down by Mtwara, amongst others)there were several plugged and abandoned gas wells drilled by agip when looking for oil, I subsequently even met the old sweat that drilled those wells working In Italy for safron energy as it was then, who mentioned he worked for agip for years, whilst I was visiting a gas well in the Po Valley Italy , and having seen agip welded on a capstan at Kilwa Masoko port I put two and two together and sure enough this guy knew the area well, and even held personal maps of the discoveries, at the time there was no infrastructure able to cope with an isolated gas discovery and the economics wouldn’t stack up for anything less than tcf discoveries, obviously that’s now changed, anyhow I’d personally be very surprised if we don’t bring in a gas discovery at chinook, given shell did, I doubt they even bothered to flow test at the time once they realised it was gas.
As for Cascadura deep, as the siesmic reflection from this zone managed to drown out the signature of the gas field above, I’d surmise that (a) the liquids in Cascadura deep which it almost definitely is to give off such a strong signal and drown out the gas field above, also extends in all directions past the extent of the gas above, otherwise a tell tale signature would have been seen on the outer perimeter beyond the highly reflective zone, given a huge gas field above, which must be charged from a working petroleum system again I’d be surprised if an oil discovery isn’t announced and alternatively the highly reflective zone turns out to be water.
Imho as long as the company makes the correct calculations from the old Trinidad datum (I believe the original siesmic was shot in this, having contacted a surveyor who worked there around this period,)to wsg84 (GPS)correctly and the drill bit is drilling where we think it is in correlation to the siesmic data, we’re all good.
Obviously all in my opinion, and having a different opinion is absolutely fine, and makes a market. GLA
Volume 24m buys 6.2m sells 6.6m 11m approximately discrepancy, more observant investors will have noted 10m warrants extended recently, do the math, nearly done imho, you won’t be buying here very soon! Final 50k top up executes;)
Can someone please post a link for the podcast please, thanks in advance
New research note out today (finncap)that puts a SP figure way north of where we are now, been told not allowed to share atm, :( but I’m sure someone will leak it today either here or on Twitter today at some point.
Just did 100k at 66 would have liked to have got them earlier, but had to work out of a position elsewhere, got my target holding here now, struggling to see much downside, other than a buying opportunity should Txp dip in the future.
Sign up with pello or come to that any other real broker that has real relationships in the city, very incestuous place, brokers and MM all know each other, but anyhow, could only get 40k I’ll grab a few more if possible
Yh the buy was me, can’t believe I got 40k at 60p after that RNS, probably sng marking up 100% pre open has taken away the attention elsewhere, good imho, let’s us Txp guys grab some more risk free at what is now surely a rediculous price.
Communist Party officials were also reported to have warned UK companies operating in China, including Jaguar Land Rover, BP and GlaxoSmithKline, that they could now face retaliation.

RBD must have the support of deltic major shareholders to have gone public, guessing deltic major shareholders fed up with glacial rate of progress, and prefer RBD management to push things along, like someone said here earlier, soon see if RBD starts climbing tomorrow morning.
