It's only 8.45 in the morning in the Cyman Islands now so even if its a morning slot we wont see an RNS tomorrow

only way we'll get one in the morning is if they settled before the hearing

Behind in the Cayman Islands so if it does go to court tomorrow, very unlikely to get an RNS until Wednesday
