Income tax in England, i regard to be the 11th Commandment scrod..I should have set up accounts in Monaco 6/7 years ago..Its ok, lifes lessons and then enjoy the whole cake later..We are debt free at least...Interesting point, it seems that if were to go AIM it is cheaper than buying into a listed company..How i feel is that i can start an AIM co, pay myself loads, issue pointless news, issue stock when i get short, get big loans and go bust after 5 years..According to company house all i need is 50 grand and accounts..

My intuition is nuts..I can earn about £400.000 a year, no paid holidays or sick pay however.. Instead i get up about midday and lose money on this rather trying stockmarket..I guess the way i look at it is i am taking rest and the stockmarket provides for a little fun that is cheaper than a lot of other leisures in life..

Hello Jonty, People have paid 0.08 for ICAC and the sell price didnt go over 0.01..I am not switched on compared to other members of this forum, but i would hold your horses until someone like Davius or GedW come up with something..
