I understand where you are coming from but B.B are only reading the signals from candlesticks only and who of us, has consistantly bought or sold at either end of the market? I use them as a bell weather to help read the market knowing that B.B have no interest or knowledge in the 'research' that those of us on this page put in regularly.

I'd love to be strong enough to use a stop loss and trade this.

I was thinking exactly the same earlier. I was expecting gold to climb, which hasn't happened, unless the recent highs have muted any further gains.

No-one seems to have mentioned Edisons research today

Read to the bottom and it actually states that their modeling for miners and a stable price of gold gives PAF a share price of £10. Unless of course I read it wrong

I first bought Dec 24 @ 38p only because I was bored at work one day happened to look at a randomn chart and spotted a 'breakout'. Had a small top up a couple of times which has 'spoilt' my average, and like you im no high roller and very happy here but now thinking about my escape plan

Thankyou for my boasting rights.... .though I also buy in to your comments and think that the market may be exhausted (my words) with the fantastic / (dare I say) relentless growth we've had over the past year or so. I'd love to be brave enough to try and trade this, but I'm both a Candlestick reader and avid reader on here (surprised I haven't been sacked yet for the number of times I open this page during my working day) but Im gonna sit here and take the hopefully expected increase in price from becoming Debt free and the following Interim dividend payout. Then I will rethink my position and of course greed will take over once again. ;-)

You are probably right. I regard myself as a market mover and influencer. Every time I sell the market goes up and guess what.....I also seem to manage to buy at the peak...

Its always very wide compared with a relatively narrow spread during the day.

Patrick. I was also planning on getting out at £2 but I asked AI today what will happen when PAF becomes debt free, as will apparently happen in the next few days. AI's answer was very positive. So I can see us hitting £2 by middle of March at the latest when the interim dividend is due.Therefore IMO we wont have a pullback this time as being debt free, possible share buy back and all round positive sentiment will hopefully push the SP on for a pullback at a higher l level. Feel frees to tell me im wrong

Thanks for that. An explanation that is reasonable and makes some sense .Not that any of the others didn't or weren't well argued or correct in their assumptions.

I acknowledge all of the earlier comments about this board being respectful and conversational compared with other share chats I have read where there has been nothing but sniping at other posters.
