Check the RNS released by the company n 12th January 2026 (Positive development on case):

"LCM's contractual entitlement on this case currently stands at approximately US$71.9 million with US$18.0 million of that flowing to LCM shareholders and US$53.9 million flowing to Fund I investors. LCM does not anticipate earning a performance fee from Fund I investors on this case as a result of previously announced adverse case results impacting Fund I."

Nearly no volume these days, holding tight and waiting for the RNS...

Panthera's case is absolutely irrelevant for LCM share price at the moment. Timing wise, best case scenario would to have a ruling by the end of 2027 and then there would possibly be also set aside motions delaying payment at least by another year, so nothing material and of course a high risk of getting nothing.

Based on the information disclosed by the company in the earnings call held back in March 2025, at the time LCM itself was entitled to a minimum of 26.6 million USD (around 20 million GBP). If the award is accruing 30% per year, it would be around 26 million GBP nowadays.

Home run for LCM! Approximately 22M-26M GBP payment for a company with a market cap around 11M GBP

I think that the market has not taken into account the importance of this one month waiver extension. The Singapore annulment ruling for GreenX vs Poland case will be issued very likely by the end of January (it was filed on 23rd January 2025) which can materially affect the future of the company. There is a high chance that Poland loses it and the award would become immediately enforceable, which has huge implications for LCM.
