Answer is simple. A complete misunderstanding of the business situation by the so called experts. HARL doesnt live in the same universe and so the chances of an even greater misreading of the true situation increase dramatically. Dog1,thanks . That is probably a very sensible place to start. Start with a 35 year life cycle , after production starts , thats roughly £10m a year profit. I would conservatively give Eco friendly projects a PE value of 20 +. Going on the lower end, that would value IM at £200m now.

The great thing about auctions is that you can set a reserve price. Maybe I undervalued IM at £150m . HARl could place a £200m reserve and see where it went. It was rightly pointed out that my tongue in cheek comparison between a premier league footballers value and that of IM, "was stretching It ",there is one thing in common though Saudi money.
