Great mention for BBSN on the VOX Markets Podcast - well worth a listen. Yes GF2010 Justin has bought back in - the fundamentals of the company speak for themselves.
I think the SP held up vey well indeed bearing in mind that large late reported sell of 19k. I would imagine it's Claire still selling off her shares, anyone else with any thoughts?
Some nice buys this morning. I can see this back unto 3p very soon. Incredibly oversold, cash flow positive and 5.4mil in the bank!
Nice one Alan. Mirasol you are ignored.
What about the 1.25 million....?!
And there you have it - confidence from the Board with 1.3 million shares purchased between them. To those that sold out, thanks for the low top up prices!
I don’t think he’s feeling anxious one little bit. In fact, I’d go so far to say he has bought some more and rubbing his hands together like the rest of us genuine long term holders buying at this bargain price.
The shares were issued to her - not purchased! Have a little read of the RNS dated 4th Feb this year! Lol
Well said Marine, well said!
Why does that not sound good Spreed......? She’s no longer part of the company so the sale of her shares would be expected. The sells were very early in trading today hence the drop - now they have cleared its onward and upward.
Looks like Claire may have sold some shares today by the looks of the 2 large trades posted after close.
The 1mil trades look like buys to me going by the price at the time. I'm sure we'll find out in a few days time...
I have feeling he'll be buying some more.......!
Claire was appointed in June 2017 so she was at the company for more than a few months Pascha. Please read the RNS dated 21st June 2017.
Ignore the daily fluctuations and small percentages and look at the bigger picture. Kate has all the qualities and more to take this company further forward than it is today.
I was thinking exactly the same thing GF2010 I think BB will be snapped up - Kate has an extensive track record, I've found quite a nice summary of her professional qualities.
"Kate is one of the best known Internet advertising pioneers in Europe. After early success at Alta Vista and DoubleClick Kate joined Google as Director, UK, Ireland and Benelux in 2001, notably as Google’s first employee outside the U.S. At Google she drove strong international success.
After Google Kate was Vice President & MD Europe Bebo and then CEO AOL Europe. As head of AOL Europe, Kate Burns was responsible for setting strategy and overseeing the day-to-day operations of AOL’s UK & Ireland business. During her time at AOL she led an astonishing business turnaround. Kate and her team successfully re-set the strategy and re-build the business into an efficient profit making region.
After a successful tenure at BuzzFeed as European GM, Kate is now heading up the Tech Media Division at Hambro Perks, helping grow UK start-ups and drive sector innovation. HP is a unique and exciting tech company accelerator, attracting best in class start-ups, leadership talent, industry partners and co-investors.
Burns is a regular guest across Europe at key speaker platforms discussing topics spanning current and future trends in the media, marketing and advertising landscape. She is also a keen horsewoman and regularly competes show jumping at a senior level."
Excellent news and a very positive update in my opinion!
Kate is perfectly poised to take the company forward building on what Claire has started.
Just landed - Excellent and confidence inspiring news that Simon Davies has purchased an additional 7'990'00 shares, taking his holding to 42'791'559 or 7.07% of the company!
BTB - Nice summary and I couldn't agree more with it being a keeper. I topped up as much as I could on the recent drop increasing my holding by a third. I think we'll see a lot more buys go through once we're into the new financial year with new ISA allowances.
This company is grossly undervalued in my opinion.
