Do you know How many warrants are left and when the 18 months for exercising is up? Ta!
Waiting for Q2 2021 would be too late? The market surely looks ahead? ESC may drop a little further short term due to misplaced short term sentiment imo, but the management have cash in the bank, are still opening new venues despite the COVID19 restrictions, leveraging better deals in prime locations and they are making good use of the furlough scheme to mitigate staff costs. This company imo will be ideally placed to capitalise on the post pandemic environment, where people will be itching to get out and socialise. Companies will want to re-connect staff that have been working remotely and corporate away days will be the perfect tonic for employees that have been disengaged.
I've just started buying in today... #ESC look to have a good product and I can see lots of people wanting to get out and have experiences like this once the pandemic is under control.... It's always hard to pick the bottom but long term I see this share to be pretty good value at the moment... It might drop lower which will allow me to scale in some more... They have cash in the bank and have taken advantage of the furlough scheme to mitigate costs during lockdown... They've also capitalised on the short term sentiment by securing better cheaper deals for new venues which would have been too expensive pre covid19. As the pandemic issue is resolved I can see these types of companies being in big demand as the country looks to get out and experience social events again, the corporate staff away day sector is also a potential area that could be capitalised on as businesses look to re-connect and re-energise their staff who have been working remotely..
ARS looks good value today, so I dipped my toe in and will add over time...
drilling update at #Spain Logrosán exploration project. Diamond drilling at Logrosán has confirmed high grade tungsten intersections and significant gold intersections.
A non mtr employee requested consultancy fee in relation to the sprott placing be paid in shares. That is a big BUY signal to me!
Consultant who was happy to be paid in shares. That speaks volumes to me! They obviously expect them to be worth a lot more very soon!
I bought 41325 as a small top up this morning and it’s showing as a sell. Lots of buys being confirmed at 1.1 on the MTR twitter group so the volume of sells here is totally off.
Hi I don’t post here that much but imo this share is being manipulated down. The block sells on low volume are driving the share price down artificially imho. I was at an investors lunch last week in London with Michael the ceo and Charles the chairman, whilst frustrated at the current sp they are both very confident of the fundamentals of the company. The investments are strong and progressing well, and the company also has over £3.5 million in the bank so there is defo no worries over a placing anytime soon. They’ve been approached by hedge funds offering them cash for shares but have given them short thrift. The shorts will have to close soon so I’ve been scooping up a few cheap shares, silly not to imo as by early next year this will surely be back over 3p. DYOR
Yep.. One and the same I believe...
Looks like some momentum is returning... large buys this afternoon
Really glad I topped up today at 1.59p RNS States they’ve found significant copper at shallow depth at the T23 dome. And further drilling at T4 too! Let the assays role in!!!
MTR has been trading sideways around 2p for months, those that have researched and followed the company and the assets its invested in have been accumulating at this level. It now looks like momentum is its friend and the 2p level will be a distant memory... 3p - 3.5p is an easy target when assay results, or JV consolidation news breaks IMO. DYOR
The BOTB sp has been slipping for quite a while ever since the RNS announcing the possible overpayments of vat and the implementation of the remote gaming levy that will have a negative impact on profit. The claim with HMRC will claw back £4.5 in vat which is promising though. The share buyback has started in earnest which may also help the sp and any divi paid. I feel the sp will slip a little more due to uncertainty and the prospect of higher tax levies going forward and until the vat claim has been resolved though.
Good entry level now imo. It’s ex divi but plenty more Divis to come for patient holders and as the cash from the recent raise is utilised the divi should be comfortabley covered.
Just bought in at 733 today. PNN looks a good defensive stock imo and is a good pf diversifier for me. Great divi that looks to rise at RPI +4% too. Interim divi date is drawing near so may buy some more next week...
Hi Anyone know why This jumped 10% today? Was just the director buy? Ta Glad I hold!
Nice divi share this. 3.1p interim divi coming up, with a yield of 7.5% this share keeps on giving imo.
Not quite sure what sort of message the company is sending out to shareholders with the restructuring of directors options... Looks like the 200p target was considered to be too high, so they restructured the options down to 150p. Not the best message of sp confidence imo.... Anyone got any thoughts on this?
is the coming final dividend expected to be 10.58p per share held?
