You have choices.
Go with HAA or at least listen to what he has to say later today although in my opinion it will be more balderdash or go down the EGM route in order to lodge a no confidence vote against the BOD.
You need to look further into the Mem & Arts of the Company to confirm how an EGM is convened in order to get it moving but you might obtain sufficient votes to at least get the GM.
Of course you might also do more harm than good regarding the current financial backers so it would be prudent to keep this in mind.

You have a spat with a shareholder for whatever reason, but to threaten to "clog up" our BB is not really the answer and could well end up with you being banned for a few days or even worse. If that's what you want then fine, but you do seem to be a reasonable guy so I'm asking for this to stop, please.
