Deltalo, what you say is correct about the market but you are missing one extremely important fact! INSP does not have a product, none, zero, nada.

They will use this news to just spin out another RNS for fund raising. It will be sort of like this... Now that the UK Government has pushed back the dates for the elimination of gas boilers, INSP have decided to again (for the nth time) focus on the Inspirit Charger, bla bla after that.

Hopefully, no one else is fooled to part with the money and invest in this fantasy.
