When manufacturing gas appliances, there are several safety regulations and requirements that must be met by the party manufacturing the appliance and approved by the party selling the appliance including CE mark. The site assembling the appliance has to be accredited and approved to handle such appliances. Remember you are dealing with natural gas, and every unit you produce has to be throughly tested and approved before being installed into a home.

How is production going to happen, and how did production ever happen if INSP was not meeting the UK govt safety requirements for manufacturing and operating their "magical" boilers. Sure, they don't need a dedicated assembly line. Just a couple of guys with screwdrivers and spanners is all it takes!
