A 400k and 550k buy's the shares move on Google to 1.05p. Hope they don't slip back by close of play.

Latest RNS leaves me a little deflated, and suggests they are trying to prop up the share price.

The RNS is absent of facts and leaves me certainly asking more questions like:
What's the size of the plants, are they small or extremely big boys washing what?
Are they owned or leased, new or second hand , cost price, they cannot wet our appetite without some details for the interested.

They say three plants launched -- ae they going to the Moon (lol)

By getting two yes directors onto the Board TA could vote thru the changes he's being put forward,
and the other directors either dislike his way forward or resign.
If the City like this approach the shares will start to fly one would hope.

flundra -- it is strange the share price has gone up!! + 0.12p on Google 13.02hrs to 1.06p

Companies House have replied -- hooray.
They confirm the required SH02 form to register the consolidation has been received 06/01/2020.
With regards to the overdue accounts they have reminded the company of its obligations under the Companies Act and any necessary further action will be taken to ensure compliance.

Have emailed Carl again asking for an update on the promises he gave, will post any reply.
