I totally agree Madgeyboy.... roll on 2019. I don’t think arbitration will take too long. It will be in both their interests to get this sorted ASAP... in the meantime GSPC are required by the courts to “pay its current and ongoing 55%” expenditure.

It’s not the only news we are waiting for but at least would be good to see that the company have their account under control.
News expected on many fronts.....hoping its all good.

And 5% of 1.5billion is better than ‘a poke in the eye with a sharp stick’ as someone used to say.

Still optimistic Madgeyboy, but have wasted too much time this week forever returning to my screen.

It will happen when it happens. I hope it is good news and like Wobwat said.... wake up one morning to find a nice surprise.

Am concerned though that they’ve left things like the EL1070 update to the last minute. Is something happening or not? Anyway, I have to just wait and see. Hopefully it will be good news. Who knows.?

Looks like nobody knows....so we will just have to be patient. On that note I am off for an incredible weekend and won’t be chained to the screen. Bad screen, bad screen..... lol

G2 Energy was now proceeding with the work required to submit an application for a significant discovery licence (SDL) on EL1070.

"In this respect, prior to the end of the option period of 24 months from 16 December 2016, G2 Energy must achieve a flow test for hydrocarbons on one or more of the wells on EL1070, a requirement under the regulations for the submission of an application for a SDL," said Nu-Oil.

The Deep Rights within EL1070 are currently held by Enegi Oil.

So 5 weeks left for this to happen? No news so far. What’s going on? Anyone got a clue?

Yes, it may. But they put in 1 million pounds over time. That is a lot to loose if things had not have gone their way. They were indeed fortunate.

I know some would take that huge risk.... most normal people wouldn’t and shouldn’t in my opinion. I have know now people who it did not work out for and they lost everything.

Hi Cobra, I agree that it is the sentiment that may affect someone’s decision to buy or sell.

Any sensible investor and intelligent should not be guided by bulletin boards where nameless and faceless individuals express their ‘feelings’, and thoughts. That is a sure way to loose money.

I can understand Marburs frustrations at there being no news....for such a long time. But in my book no news is good news until it is proved otherwise by actual official RNS.

If anyone posts research on here.... most sensible investors will look into it. Never, never be fooled by people with ‘good intentions’. As recent incidents show.....trust no-one but yourself in your decisions.

Research the hell out of it....as an old dog once said and then plan your strategy.

So are we still hopeful of news.... YES...hopeful ......but if it doesn’t arrive yet, the fundamentals have not changed so wait until they do.
