The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
That’s around £100k! Local chip shop costs more. Lol
Oh well better than nothing. :(
At least it’s done now....or is it....cos it’s dependent on the GSPC deal. Hmmmm
Thunder, where did you read that OEX would bid for the 55%? Do you have a link?
Like that phone number.... is Joe a secret agent Yuri? Lol
Tabitha, Passiton...
Just to confirm... You do have to pay stamp duty on purchases shares (except aim shares) regardless whether in isa or not.
See:
https://www.fool.co.uk/investing-basics/isas-and-investment-funds/stocks-and-shares-isas/
“Stamp Duty
Note that there is one tax you can’t escape, even within an ISA. This is stamp duty, which is payable when you purchase most shares (apart from those listed on AIM) and funds. It is charged at 0.5%. There is no stamp duty to pay when you sell.”
More buys coming in....could it be....the Friday rush. :)
Lol.... at least some action today... although red again. Was hoping for momentum in the right direction. Perhaps next week once market resumes normal practice.

Still voting for Friday release of news though.... GLA
I think I may just call it a day and enjoy Christmas. Catch you all afterwards....enjoy your time with your families and loved ones....good luck for 2020.
Merry Christmas and a happy New Year!
*<#:-) That’s Santa! Lol
Jester, you may be right with your mates rate.... can’t believe this drops.
Might just be the Christmas slowdown...expect it will be different next week...once the news is released and market returning to normal.
Yes Gordon....he is just bragging! Lol
If they are truely ‘committed’ to a sale, then surely they’d have to accept OEX bid if there is nobody else? Really depends on the terms that they agreed and that we do not know. Well I’m hopeful... at least feel better than last week, knowing it wasn’t extended!
The RNSs are showing on HL etc...so it’s just this website SJ.
Well more volume than the last months. Bids closed. So wonder how long before we find out who had winning bid and will be our JV? And if we got a bigger slice due to money owed etc?
Could be any time.... any guesses?
I say Friday....
Agree Gordon...would nice to have had more info... but it is gspc and not oex who we will be waiting for as normal. But I can’t imagine it will take too long before they announce the highest bidder. Then it will hop, skip and jump forward.
Exactly Adam!
At least there was no extension.... now we just wait to see who had the winning bid.... who our JV will be and ....next steps.
EIS is just a bonus.... so far looking good to me.
What are you on about goldsmith?
Yes indeed.... now we can see some light! Gla
I’m not expecting too much detail Dyl79. What I am hoping for is no further extension. That would be a good start. So even if there is no news tonight... I will be happy.
At best it will at least announce that bids now closed and further details to be announced in due course....bla, bla. But that is good enough to give me hope of a resolution and worth sticking around for.
GL
I’ll stay up with you jester! Lol. Hoping it will be good news. Gla
This is holding up well. That’s a good sign.
Can’t see a deal being done beforehand Boothy. All bids need to be in by 21st then they will be considered ...and hopefully not extended further.

What has to do with MNRG? Or is that just a cross ramp?
