Gordon, the stock is oversold and underpriced..... hence Align are saying that it is at a ’Bargain Price’ and why they have been buying steadily recently.

It is because of the impatient people who think this will take time to be resolved....but I don’t believe that will be the case. But each to their own

Have a look at the report from Align that we talked about earlier... 100% of Cambay will move the price quickly towards 3p.

I think even an agreement with a third of the shares from GSPC to Oilex will get it moving towards 1p+. So from current Sp that’s at least 3x current price.

So what is your idea of ‘decent’ uplift? Not sure what you are asking really.

Like BB says, Oilex don’t want to drag this on. But neither do GSPC nor the Indian government, They are all working towards a speedy amicable resolution (see last RNS) which will benefit all the stakeholders including shareholders.

The Indian energy minister is keen to meet his targets. The Oilex directors have been sacrificing their salary for shares because they are so confident. All seems good to me.

And a reference back to their earlier report on 6th Nov where they look at two scenarios: where 1st Scenario (where Oilex would lover a partner and reduce their holding to 30%) would see it at around .93p on the conservative estimates and scenario 2 saw sp at around 3p (where they assumed Oilex would get 100%)
