I work with taylor wimpey have sips and share save i get the option at a discounted price in november then the money comes off my pay weekly 3 an 5 year schemes u cant get less than what you put in your gauranteed that

I have sips as well five year plan you buy at the price and the comapny buys you one so effectivly your buying at half price theres no gaurantees you get whatever the price ends up and five year from every full you put in year its tax free so after five years you have a bung every year for five years its a no brainer i max them both out the sharesave can be lofted at any time if you need money no tax on it exactly what uv put in you lift the sips early its taxed an national ins at 40% roughly this is fact been doing it for years
