well done - it should be u to find that piece of info because u're the current investor. i was just helping out because i had spare time.
Tamon, a £50 loss is easy to absorb and moreover, TSW share price drifted downwards. i don't invest based on any advise from boards or brokers and frankly, neither should u! =) any uncertainty for me, is a no-no for investment(but admittedly, i still make mistakes at times). i don't understand why a credit/risk assessment firm seems to think these 2 entities are tied as in the link i posetd, but i do know Mike Akers sits on both boards. It doesn't change my perspective on TSW anyway, as I have learnt undiluted shares aren't necessarily a great find. Here's why :-
Cash Holdings
30th June 2008 was £42,706,000
30th June 2009 was £18,276,000
in one year of revenue decline, £24,430,000 of cash was used. They had £18m last june, revenue continued to decline and we're 2 months away from june this year. what do you smell?
stay if u must, but this share is too much work/risky/uncertainty(for me) and i'm off to attend to my other investments. =)
good luck all!
