You must have posted about a raise over a dozen times over the past few days. Please can you say exactly why this would be needed in Q1?

IF, they have £200k as you say, then this in theory keeps the lights on / pays wages for 4-5 months until Mega start pulling gold out of the ground (which is ‘imminent’). Mega are paying ALL mining costs. So it’s neither of those 2 things!?! The $1.6 billion Thar development cost isn’t a number they would have to find so that doesn’t come into any equation. And the Hydrogen is a pipe dream at this stage and doesn’t factor into anything at this stage, not even the SP.

So what would this raise be for?

1. Previously proven ground

2. Further proven ground this week

3. No mining costs to Oracle

4. Mining to start end of Q1 or shortly thereafter = money in the bank

5. Thar vi……..FULLY FUNDED by Chinese banks in the MOU signed in the China - Pakistan energy agreement. Over $30 Billion in Lignite with 12% to Oracle

6. Following on from point 5, Thar doesn’t need to be developed. Oracle have been approached for the sale of the rights

Jam the market opens midnight our time so likely by 11pm we’ll know. I’ll be up and waiting as I’ve got a cash float from some sales on Friday. Cash in and cash out on Riversgold ready to put it straight into Oracle at 8am

As for cash flow SM…. Well if the stars align then cash from gold sales will be coming in ‘soon’. Mega are forecast to begin mining in Q1 with all equipment on site early Q1 💰💰💛💛

12.5 m MCAP at 10% PURE PROFIT from the sale of the gold (& other) puts a value of the PURE PROFIT ONLY at £125m, which is peanuts if based on successful grades and an estimated 2.5m + ounces . AT NO COST TO ORACLE as Mega are responsible for all mining costs and infrastructure.

This is totally aside from any value built into the SP / MCAP from the mining rights to Thar if sold or mined.

You cannot possibly argue that positive results result in….and this is especially for you StockMaiden….. 🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀

Based on recent reports, the revised completion deadline for the Thar Coal Railway Connectivity Project (105km line connecting Thar coal mines to Port Qasim) has been extended from December 2025 to November 2026.

Project Scope: The project includes a 105km rail line from Thar to Chhor and a 9km double-track line from Bin Qasim to Port Qasim.

Revised Cost & Timeline: The project cost has seen a 68% increase to over Rs 90 billion, with the deadline now pushed to November 2026, according to revised PC-I documentation.

Operational Goal: The rail network is crucial for transporting indigenous Thar coal to power projects and is expected to have the capacity to transport 10 million tons of coal per year.

StockMaiden, don’t forget that vultures have been circling Thar and looking to buy the asset from Oracle. That would be a big money bonanza without putting a spade in the ground. The hydrogen project isn’t even past planning so is not even worth thinking about in terms of a benefit to the MCAP or fundraising

StockMaiden you are an absolute tool piece. It is Riversgold who have suspended pending news and not Oracle, so Oracle aren’t about to announce anything you little sausage!! And we know why Riversgold have suspended……it’s all positive

I certainly wasn’t going to post this during trading hours, care to consider that smart money was being taken out to trade Riversgold between UK hours 12 - 6am Monday, sell off and get a double bubble when markets open 8am??

Oh, and on your reply about ‘guessing Vs opinion’ a guess is merely an opinion which isn’t based in fact. So the same you little sausage!!!
