on a general mkt note, the Fed are going to support the mkts come what may....unprecedented support over coming weeks...UK gov also lined up with a package to support and stimulate in July..the music is not going to stop for sometime yet ;-)

it's blue in my pf :-) ...and all indications are that it will continue to do so over coming sessions /weeks, the last results were very good and excellent growth achieved thus far with even greater potential ahead, the sp is only under 7p /8p level due to L&G selling down because the mcap dipped below £50m as discussed, so a temporarily suppressed sp and they must be close to clearing (no wonder many folk avoid funds, if they only knew howpoorly some of them operate) and once clear there is no brake on the sp achieveing a much fairer valuation than down here, as we know :-)

Interestingly with over 5 million off loaded last week we are getting closer to L&G's final exit :-)

blimey ...as explained below the £50m mcap rule applies to most funds, astonishingly they also buy back into some companies when the cap increases back up....so TPG mcap falls below £50m mcap , fund follows rule, sp suppressed and drops a bit further (in addition to the general market crash in March) and we have a lower sp for the selling out period, opportunity knocks and recognising the opportunity a number of investors see an attractive entry price ahead of a potentially profitable rebound, including Greenp, ...at least your postings, disengenious as they may be, provide an opportunity to highlight the matter, thanks Greensp :-)

why is ii selling out ? Greenspanny your posting history and knowledge of mkts tells us all you know the answer, unfortunately it also suggest you are deliberately posting disengeniously, and that is disappointing ,as a sensible and informative debate is impossible.
the often quoted answer is as you know 'funds follow rues not mkt moves' and some excellet examples are Sanerson in March who sold out of AIR at 23p (because the mcap dropped below £50m, same as here in TPG) and the share price has risen since their exit to 87p.....another example AXA who sold out of XAR , because the mcap dropped below £50m same as here in TPG, at 20p in March and the share price is now 62p....so funds follow rules not mkt moves and provide opportunity for those who recognise the market moves.

All of the above you will be aware of I know, and if anyone else wasn't they are now :-)

if the sp dips below 5p because of the selling pressure from L&G second fund then that will provide even better opportunity and larger bounce back up..it's a temporary issue as we can see and as stated provides opportunity as we all know :-)

and there we go..looks like we can run freely again, order appears serviced and back to 60p +, resolve, nerves and patience all get tested at times by those price movements, all part of the game, well done all who held through that little test :-)

sorry, purchase was £49k at 57.65p :-)

a bit of buying pressure pushing mm's to raise both bid and ask, the £48k at 57.65p helped force it :-)

and there are a number of 'hidden' trades going through on Nex too..just to add a bit more smoke and mirrors to the action ...

well no TR1 and I'm assuming a £163k trade would likely generate one, so at present it looks like brokers were /are servicing the 59.20p purchase, it is reasonable to assume that they are still searching for stock to complete the order, (you can have stock allocated to your account on paper before the actual stock is secured) in situations like this mm's will try to find a sweet spot to generate enough trades to complete the order whilst controlling the price tightly....so far still looks like it was a large purchase, sp has not crashed on the back of it as one would assume if it was a sell and mm's keeping it tightly held around 57p ish, .........CEO purchased a decent chunk at 50p a week or two ago, i guess he expects a greater return too going forward and Scroders appear to have their 28% still all in place ......lockdown easeing, businesses starting back over the next few weeks and some sort of normal returning :-)

mind you, maybe not too far wrong as it's always hard to call bottom's and top's as L&G appear to be exiting at 5.10p currently, looking forward to the TR1 that takes them under 3% soon, then we can move back up to more realistic levels :-)
