I have been on the road for last few days so havent had access to level 2 but before I left there were no buyers or sellers waiting in the wings for a few days. There are buyers and sellers today on level 2.

I was surprised too as there was no mention on RTY site that I can recall forecasting that they were going to release the Interim. It did seem to come out of the blue as you say so soon after the annual report!

Is there anything to read into the timing of this rns given the deadlines for Black Sea or was it expected?

I would avoid recruitment like the swine flu too! Only have a fairly small portfolio with long term holdings in RTO, medium to long in GKP and short(ish) holding in these at the moment. Only been involved since Feb and now hooked so will increase soon but just keeping small initially until I really find my feet.

Same issue happened with Hoodless due to a database error but all corrected now except any active trading carried out this a.m. which will be rectified at end of day.

AGM today so will be interesting to see if it affects the prices. Q1 Update recently was very good so I doubt there will be any bad news.

Thanks mate. I wouldnt normally invest in property at present. I only got on this a few weeks ago because of the interest being shown in the Company so had a punt in the hope of making a few bob in the relatively short term. I remain hopeful!

One small sell and a slightly lareger buy and the price drops! Come on Rutley put us all out of our misery! Paint can only be watched for so long!! lol

Didnt come across as a ramp at all. What you were saying was perfectly logical. We know RTY are up for sale and I guess one more interested party wont do any harm. I am currently holding these at a slight loss but am hoping they will deliver me some profit in the not too distant future. GL

I think that these have reached their level now and will probably stay around about current price until next update. But I think they are worth holding on to for the long ride.

You may well be right. I saw the Carpanian offer was rejected earlier. RTY has a good portfolio and is obviously on the market so a definite possibility. Lets hope that whatever happens it happens soonas I want the funds to buy some other stocks when the price is right!

I seem to recall reading somewhere that some sales dont show up if they go through the plus market. I will check again when I get home and if right I will post the web site where you can see plus buys. GL

As ever, thanks for your advice. I will certainly be holding for long term whether sales take place or not. Although I dont see the property market in UK returning to quite the way it was, Rutleys portfolio is in mainland Europe where the market is different and I believe will start to recover later in the year.
