• Oil shows have been observed whilst drilling in the Nanushuk in the Winx-1 exploration well



o Preliminary review of the interval by the operator suggests that the zone in which the shows were encountered is at the lower end of the range required for commerciality; however, further petrophysical analysis is necessary



• No oil shows were recorded in the shallower secondary target (Seabee turbidites)



• The forward plan is to continue drilling to test the deeper objectives

You are contradicting yourself:

''AAOG cannot take 100% of the new production schedule its entitlement is 56% that's it.'

And then:

''Congo.gov have agreed a timely repayment schedule for the 9+ millions they owe probably based on their expectations of income from 103.''

So that to me is the same thing, payment from 103 (100% for debt) or other way is installments. Sounds like the same thing to me.

Would you say a good flow from Nanushuk, coupled with good analytical results from any secondary reservoirs, would de-risk this well and possibly the whole asset/field.

It does not work that way.

Perforations of a zone are major works on the tube. The benefits of perforating main play only is that the secondary are back up to when the main flows start declining in the future. Well management is the priority first and foremost and not allocation of P numbers to any CPR. Normall wells would perforate from the base up, but not altogether and not for just getting proven numbers to add to reports. Only time they are co-mingled or multi, is when there is not enough flow to make it financially viable on its own.

What would be the point of multi perforations in different horizons anyway. Most would perforate and flow from the best zone, whilst leaving the rest for future perforations as decline rates set in on the main in years to come. The only reason for multi perforations and co-mingling reservoirs, is if the main play has limited flow on perforation.

Wireline logging and pressure tests will determine provisional data on possible flow from other smaller reservoirs for future use.

We positioned early in that one and reaped the rewards. As with all oilers the risk is in the early prices, but that does mean the rewards are much much higher. I have had this on the watchlist for a while now, and taken the plunge this morning. Lets see how we go, but RRR (risk reward ratio) is now fine by me on this one.

Oh dear, I do remember you from another recently delisted oiler. Calm down dear, I have only posted twice this morning so far.

4.18 printed, looks like that was good timing. I still have another 400k to load, it could have waited, but hey ho, cant keep a good price down.

Taken a position here this morning. All the 3.96 buys are mine, totaling around 695k. Good time to hold for drill results, anything under 4 is a absolute bargain entry imo.

Loaded some at 3.75, back flush to get some stop losses this morning. Well under placing price and now offers some bargain lifts imo.

Ah understand, some brokers can be very slow. Hopefully it holds the range whilst you do the transfer etc.

You should have asked your broker to do a ''bed and ISA''.

They would have sold and bought back in the ISA for you instantly, with only a tiny difference in price (normally £10 to £30).
