I am still interested in this company but I sold just before Christmas. I had made a reasonable profit, but due to uncertainty, didn't want to lose it all if this deal didn't materialise. Regardless of how good the company is, I believe this will drop quickly if this deal falls through. GLA!

Does anyone know what is happening with this takeover bid? It seems like they are kicking the can down the road.

I wouldn't rely too much on the accuracy of the trades, I bought more this morning and they're not showing up.

Lots of big buys going through today; one for £6m at 1208. Topping up on the dip i guess.

Cheers. Some of them weren't that big and I was wondering if the price was being affected by it. The trade was with 212 and the buys and sells are usually split. Annoyingly, they are not always at the price you think you're paying.

The trades page doesn't seem to be recording correctly today. I bought 13500 BWNG at 1307:43. It went through as 8 trades finishing at 1307:46. The strange thing is that 3 of them went through as buys and 5 of them went though as sells. I have definitely got 13500 on that purchase. Anyone else seen this before?

I have just looked on my account. 212 had a problem executing the deal but they said this was resolved on the 14th Dec. Poor indeed.

Does anyone know when the next update or results are due? The financial diary only shows event that have passed.
