Member Info for Stevie9107

I'm getting no help from my broker on my holding - received none of the cash tranches noted in these threads or any sign of tokens and can't get a reply from the emails at napster either. What else can I do here to get info? Broker just saying nothing received so nothing to pass on??

I'm on about my 6th call to my broker over the past few weeks who are still pleading ignorance but seems to be a common theme in this thread. Are we being strung along here?

Has anyone actually been in contact with the agent? My broker is just claiming ignorance and no contact so no idea where to go next?
