It is a nice buy but is it just a case of hoping the SP will jump a fraction of a penny as typical, and make a few quid? Pure speculation on my part, but of course I’d like to believe it IS because they know something we don’t! :)

Well fingers crossed, Sausage, because admittedly I’m getting a little concerned.

I keep trying to believe in RW but I guess nobody has X-ray vision but I’d like to think they do have some professional knowledge of the predicted outcome; in a positive way of course!

I’m never really surprised what raises or lowers the SP these days with SYN, especially due to the ever increasing skepticism with it so who knows if the news of a JV will have any immediacy with the SP. However, without further adding to skepticism let’s hope it does make a positive difference, at least for a day or two!

Thanks Gordon, and yes you’re right; I would never deliberately try to mislead anyone. It’s not in my character and not the way I was brought up.

I could understand if I was randomly posting on various BBs, but I wasn’t. It was a BB of a company, then BPC, that I was invested in and where lost my remaining savings, after Sirius. I simply made a post on there as a suggestion because I myself was advised to consider Oilex, with borrowed money as I had nothing left . In fact if anyone had invested here at that point and sold when these shares suddenly shot up for a day around the time of the licence news then you could have made a lot of money. Unfortunately, I made the wrong decision here too at that point with my timing and decision-making.

Anyway, I won’t go on about it and leave it at that.

Chase1, I’m not sure if I made one post on Bahamas Petroleum, referring to this company but at that point I was only forwarding the interest that was being generated here, several years ago. I very rarely even post anything so I apologise if you feel I’m responsible for your personal investment but I’m certainly not the type of person to mislead anyone, only posting as an alternative to what was another dwindling company elsewhere. Like I said I apologise if you feel I’m responsible but in comparison to what does get posted by those who intend to mislead others I think it’s a little unfair.

I’ve lost all my savings, so in no way would I ever do anything to put someone else in a similar position.

Let’s hope any good news isn’t then tarnished by further dilution, putting us back into the yo-yo holding pattern.

When I first joined this forum and indeed investment I found it to be a close-knit community. It’s a shame since then that, only some, people have joined who add nothing but BS and insults to each other especially to those LTHs. It’s sad to see that, and those who hide behind the anonymity of whatever username they wish to use and change, or use multiple aliases. I don’t post often and don’t pretend to have the technical knowledge of others. I have the greatest respect for Gordon who has been sympathetic to my own situation, along with a few others but is it really that much to ask for some unification when the majority of us just want to achieve the same ultimate goal. No doubt someome will troll me for an innocent opinion but it’s just the way I feel. I appreciate everyone is entitled to their opinion, but there is a difference between that and blatant insults to others. Let’s just try and get on. I presume we are all adults.

As always I wish everyone the best of luck. I know we are all getting a little tired of this share now and the progress but we can only hope for some good luck.
