I’m not writing this for sympathy or criticism and I’m sure I’m not the only one to do it but sometimes telling people you don’t know releases some of the burden. Don’t worry I’ve not murdered anyone! Lol I’m 43 and work for an NHS ambulance service. I’m in management now but I worked on the frontline for nearly 14 years. I worked hard and did loads of overtime in other areas. I mean LOADS of overtime. By the time I was 40 I had saved about £175,000 plus the money I put down for a deposit on my house (about £70,000). I was always very careful with my money but when I heard lots of friends and colleagues saying how great Sirius was going to be…… That’s where I lost the majority, about (130,000) of my money when it got bought by Anglo American. The rest lost on BPC that I thought was going to be my saviour. I lost every penny of my life savings, and the 10 million shares I have here is on borrowed money in addition to loans, maxed out credit cards and an overdraft. If OEX gets to 2p one day I’ll get my money back.For anyone reading that may have ever considered getting a bit carried away just be careful. Before anyone says how stupid I was I already know!Good look all and let’s hope this comes good in the future.
