The boiler is with Enertek undergoing final accreditation prior to roll out graham-wales ,what do you think they're testing if it's not a fully fledged & working boiler ? I await your answer with interest

This was 1,5p 3yrs ago and was nowhere advanced as to what it is now This company was price to go bust,now its funded and on the cusp of commercialisation It's only going one way now

Excerpt Products Inspirit is focused on bringing two distinct products to market - both named the Inspirit Charger, for which UK and EU trademarks have been received. They target two separate types of customer who have differing heat and electricity needs. Firstly, the Inspirit Charger 3.0, which produces 15kW thermal and up to 3kW electrical output per hour, will be targeted at the SME market – venues such as gyms, hotels, care homes and other similar sized business which have high heating and electricity needs. The Charger itself is a freestanding appliance weighing c.120kg, about the size of a washing machine, so suitable for installation in plant/utility rooms. Depending on the size of the business it can be installed as a stand-alone appliance or as the lead appliance in a multiple of units in an existing plant room. Secondly, the Inspirit Charger 2.0, which produces 10kW thermal output and 2kW electrical output, will be focused on the larger domestic market – typically houses with 3 to 4 bedrooms and above. Inspirit does not intend to compete in the smaller residential market (houses with 1 to 2 bedrooms) which is more suited to mCHP boilers with c.1kW of electricity output. The two product focus comes as the UK government’s Feed-in-Tariff is not currently available to mCHP units with a rated electrical output higher than 2kW. Hence, the 2.0 offering will be much more economically compelling to domestic customers.

mytrader How about this concept Solar panels,mchp boiler combined with the Tesla power wall for storage at an attempt to free oneself from the grid altogether ? I know one of our posters observer82 has muted this on a number of occasions

fortunately the Inspirit charges are an attractive and viable proposition without the feed in tariff due to their higher electrical output payback The FIT is an added bonus for the 2KW

****king You're just not getting the concept here ,the Inspirit Charger producers an electrical output i.e. 2KW or 3KW So 'really'no one has missed any noughts off Have a look at the insp website as a starting point for your research? Or get down to the bank,them **** are back on the feed

Have you seen the size of a boiler that powers say a hotel,care home or sme ? I guess not The 3KW boiler is not for private use it's for the above applications and can be doubled or trebled as required The company is on the cusp of accreditation & commercialisation and so of course is yet to be "trailed on the open market" as you say Your back-pedalling on the hoof research is unseemly to a LTH (no offence)

Flows boiler is 1KW which is not cost effective in the current climate INSP has boilers of 2KW & 3KW The 3KW has payback in circa 3 yrs and is aimed at the more intensive users SME etc... Some ill informed posters on here today Research beats guesswork imo

Rumours of John Gunn taking the company private have been unfounded Cash burn is currently neglible (no reduction of note since the end of last year)
