There is no reason we cant be i. This possion at some point with these small shares that will be in circulation. In not sure what to make of this all yet... Just gonna see how it plays out. Could even hit over £1 on opening week if we get a good buzz out there about the company.

i totally agree. i was thinking the same thing tbh... i think it will be used as a way to fund there projects via dilution... which usually means the Sp will fall when they do. i will see what happens on trading when we start again. at some point i think it will come good. but when is the question and how much diilution would we have been through ..... i hate it when companies consolidate the shares tbh...

yes you are correct. a 40 banger would be very nice :) i expected more people on this bb to give there opinion on the news... not much had been said tho. good luck all.

i agree. i think its a dead cert that we will have dilution ..... and with only 6million shares in issue when we start trading again, they can keep diluting and there could be billions of shares in circulation.... they they can consolidate again..... thats my worry. I've had the same happen with san leon.... they diluted to 2.5 billion shares .... they consolidated.... they are now at 30p a share... i need £4 a share to break even.... lets see what happens..... time will tell. happy to be here ......

And instead of 618,494 million shares in circulation... We will have 6,18494 millon in circulation....so with such small shares in order the shar could jump £££ ifwe have good news etc....😵 However it leaves the company to sell more shares in the future if we need to raise money.... Which is what i think will happen in the future

From what i understand... We will have a 100:1 share consolidation.... Ill use myself for example. I have 1 million shares now... After they consolidate 100:1 i will have 10000 shares and our shares will be trading on open day at 35.5p per share. So there will be fewer shares in circulation than there is now. This will happen if the share holders vote yes to this at the meeting.

just read it lol.... hum? so were 100:1 consolidated.... interesting? not sure what to make of it.... but I'm happy that we will be trading again ...... I'm correct in saying that we will open trading at 35p a share after the consolidation?

why is there no RNS showing here..... that link says - ravers takeover and placing..... but nothing els.... and nothing when i click on it... have i missed something ?

i wouldn't worry tbh. the only time to worry is if we get an RNS stating nothings going to happen with the company and we are took off AIM. can't see that happening. not with the people who are invested here . i think any one who holds below 1p will be in the blue when we start trading again.....

yes it is frustrating when we have to wait for news. both this share and my san leon energy shares are suspended pending further news.... it gets frustrating to say the least.... it will be worth the wait tho...... :)

I'm going to say they will leave it until the last month of the deadline.... its just a waiting game.... can you imagine if this hit 10p - 20p a share tho, with the people that have invested at 0.3p.... what a nice bit of profit that would be... its just a pipe dream tho .... who knows what the future holds for this stock.... we have some good people on the board which makes me confident ... i can't really see any one loosing out if they have got in before the suspension..... whats are other peoples views on this? i would of liked a lot more input on peoples views on 3legs situation.... hola back yall. lol

How long we will have to wait now... Im really interested in what will happen before may.... Would be fantastic if we could get a rto and a massive rise in the sp. i have itchy fingures but dont want to get to carried away atm. Good luck all

with me being 90% down on my san leon investment ....... im hoping this share will at least get me some of my money back i invested there.... come on 3 legs ........ lets make something good happen. it all sounds promising with the people behind this share.......very happy to be invested here as i believe the share will only go up ..... maybe only by 1p but that will be 3/4 higher that the 0.3175 we stand at today........

even last that long with out another placement?
