I totally agree with you that a jump of 50-60 % on good news is easily acheivable. We own Paraytec outright 100%, Paraytec own the IP and Patents, we are not using a partner to manufacture we are manufacturing our products in house so a great deal of the profits that are going to be made on Global sales could most likely be ploughed back to us Shareholders by way of either a special dividend but I think more likely we mayeven be able to pay a quarterly dividend !

RNS of news due any time now on Paraytec Rapid Covid-19 test and the Alzheimer's disease test ,the last RNS stated that an update will be issued by the end of September ! That is only just over two weeks away an d news could be intraday and land any time now. It is really exciting the prospects we have to be released and this is a no brainer stock to hold long !

Yes that is correct as per

AIM Rule 17
A holding of 3% or more in any class of AIM security (excluding treasury shares) and any increase or decrease in such holding through any single percentage point.

So any shares held under 3% of the total shares outstanding would be private information.

We should soon get an RNS from the company advising with the addidtion of James Knighty';s share the the number of total shares by which you base whether you need to notify a change in holding !
