Thanks for your response. EQI said they will investigate and come back in 3 to 5 working days. I will let you know what they say.
I bought my frr shares through Selftrade brokers who subsequently transferred all traders accounts to EQI. EQi are in the process of transferring traders accounts to Interactive Investor at the end of June.
Should Frr be relisted, I thought I trace as to where my shares are currently held. EQI have told me that I should have received a certificate from 13 May 2019 when shares were held by Selftrade.
Needless to say not received. Are there any Selftrade traders out there who received a share certificate around May 2019 for their shares
Thanks

I have been invested since nov 19 and vary rarely has Semenovsky been mentioned by the company in any rns anouncements regarding its development and plans for the future. Is it worth anything and also where do you think it will fit in a future arrangement? Thanks in advance

Will everybody pleaze read DimitryReacts post at 18.03. ,ogical explanation for sale of 27m shares.
Must admit I would have thought BOD shiuld have issued an rns at same time to say FSP is still progressing etc to mitigate fall in selling price

By nature I am a glass half empty type person. I often think the BOD may call of the sale until most of the unknowns become knowns espicially if the offers are not as high as they would want reflecting their work over the last 20 years or so . I hope I am wrong and EUA is sold for approx £1.20 per share

Your cgt liability will put mine into perspective.
Also have 2.7m frr shares. If there is a payout and everybody has lost isa status because of delisting then I will have a massive cgt liabilty. I suppose better than getting nothing at all.

Funny enough, I am in the same situation. A few days before suspension, I bought £5k's worth at 7.5p for my dealing account expecting to sell around 12 to 15p and use profits to pay for odd jobs around the house. Didnt want to put in isa account because I would have kept them there. I wish I did now. If we receive say £1 per share, I'll have a cgt liability. I suppose it's a nice problem to have but hopefully they dont check previous years transaction. Interesting to know outcome telephone conversation on monday

3 yrs ago, I paid the ex off for her share of the family home by selling investments outside ISA. I rang selftrade (now eqi) and asked do they inform hmrc where proceeds from a transaction exceed capital gains allowance and the answer was no. Rules may have changed over the last 3 yrs but I didnt notify hmrc and neither did selftrade. There has been no comeback to date!!!!!
Thanks Smiler. 65 today. Rns stating that we have been bought out would be excellent compensation for not receivibg state pension for another 12 months. Not long to wait now....... hopefully
Please correct me if I'm wrong but didn't the Arbitration court papers reveal the GG made an offer to Frr re block 12. If so, does anyone know what the offer was?
Thanks
It wouldn't surprise me that if we are left with 1% which will equate to the costs frr have incurred over the last 16 months. Hopefully I will recover my £15k with EUA over the next couple of weeks.

Sorry you are wrong. I dont post. There's enough rubbish posted without me adding to the pot.
For what its worth we will be bought out for 65p towards the end of the year when we have proved how much resources we have and hopefully Covid19 has run its course.
