Angus the first person to go in to my green bin in 2022 - congrats
I hope everyone had a good Christmas. Mine was a sh! t show with family falling out but it could have been worse, the markets could have been open and my COPL holdings could have been another 10% down. Anyway, for those that were reading the boards pre Christmas I said I emailed Cathy as she told me to think about the achievements the management had done over the past 12 months. I sent the below, and guess what, no response. There is clearly a lot of ill feeling at the moment about the way this share has gone so I suggest you all copy/paste this and email Cathy to see if we ever get a response. Good luck!

I, and many other investors, find your comment 'look at what management has accomplished', with some bemusement, and we would appreciate it if you could spell out what they have accomplished in 2021, because most of us are in the dark due to the lack of comms and we can only go on what is in the public arena.
Please look at it from an investors POV:
- Huge dilution of share, including once after the CEO categorically stated in an interview that there was no need for any more!
- Production targets missed in Q3
- Significant delays/issues at Dakota Sand due to remedial work, and no news on if the work was successful or not
- License in Nigeria expired recently but no update on that
- Someone (allegedly) telling an investor that Cuda would be sorted this year but other investors have found online that bids for assets are not due to be completed until well into Q1 2022
- No/little profitability, and a c.$45m debt to start servicing in 2022
- If it is to be believed that the CEO sent an email to an investor, blaming certain individuals on forums for the drop is SP, then the management are really barking up the wrong tree. This is on management!
- What about the news of the Dakota seismic? Did the company get access? What did they indicate?
The share price doesn't drop 45-50% in little over a month just due to tax-loss selling, it is because there is no positive sentiment, which needs to start being driven by management. It is also due to the matter of a placement which diluted the shares by almost 20% in one hit!
Forgive us small investors for being sceptical of what the management has accomplished. Some forward guidance, or any comms would be much appreciated to get this company going forward because the general comms, I'm afraid, are terrible and a sentiment shared by many investors.
I wish the company every success, not least because like almost all private investors, even those pre-atomic purchase, we are heavily down!
Best wishes and happy holidays
Not heard anything yet Shouston. Will be away for a few days so if nothing next week I'll let you/everyone know, and with full disclosure of what I sent ( though very similar to what I posted this morning - just tidied the wording up and added a couple more points)
Made some small refinements but it has now gone to Cathy.
Looking forward to hearing what the management have achieved !
My current response to Cathy. I've over being nice given she didn't give me the courtesy of a professional response.

Don't worry Snake , I will be asking these questions :) If anyone has any other questions shout up !
So, I am one of the many that have contact Cathy. Clearly she had a bad day yesterday as the response is not the sort of tone she should be sending out to investors given the **** show we have had to ensure these past few months. I might be responding that "I hate to point out that we don't know what management have accomplished because they haven't given us anything".
Response below this point:
No update on any of the questions since they are not in the public domain. Everyone knows that Cuda is in default so our lawyers are dealing with that at this time. We are unable to give updates.
I hate to point out that it is only a year ago that Arthur closed the Atomic deal and is now producing oil. Rather than be preoccupied with a temporary share price decline likely due to tax-loss selling, look what management has accomplished!
Well I've emailed Cathy asking for an update (no I am not John LMAO) - first time I have ever emailed an investor relation but as I'm over 50% down I don't care anymore. Will let you know if I get back anything that doesn't resemble a stock response of AM is doing all he can bla bla b@ll**** bla bla
You should try being in Aviva. They have nearly finished a £750m buy back and the share price is lower than when they started 3 months ago.
Pure stock market manipulation of SP.
They have just had a review so it will be 3 months before next one
Based on the last couple of trading announcements I expect a 5-10% decline on release of the RNS. Will be looking to buy more on Friday
1. UT 19.0
2. No
Just shows how low in the ladder PI's are, when someone can but another 6% of the company in a single day and the share price goes down
Not what I was hoping. 6 more months to wait for the 3-D. Let’s hope for movement elsewhere .
It won’t need £30m to buy back 4m shares lol
So SP probably been deliberately dropped to accommodate this to somehow make it look like a good thing rather than SP being 25p and II’s buying at 20p.
Either way PI’s been screwed by Art.
Will lick my 45% losses , and wait for April and hope he can actually produce a decent level of oil
I commute in to London most days and its been like this for weeks. Would say at least 40% don't wear masks on overground trains. On tubes I'd say about 25% on a normal day
Who would know that Darktrace is a defensive stock (in every way) ha ha
100% it is 5. Been a statistician for 25 years but if you dont believe then just put 1+2x2 into google search and see what it says (5)
Almost out of the red having bought at 38p, 31p and 24p :)
