You’re right about the other foreign “adventures” but Germany will be a success. Once it turn a a profit, it won’t stop and there’s very little competition for Prem Inn’s price point in Germany. The Germans love value for money & will really buy into the concept, especially its uniformity.

They are and should continue to expand there, then perhaps the neighbouring markets .

Germany will turn a profit next year & will only rise from there. So far it’s been a good tax right off. For a conservative company the German investment has been bold but it will definitely pay off.

I have zero expertise in shares just bought when the price was low , with the assumption we’d all be back in are hols from July.
I’m confident the SP will continue to rise & this is not based on on assessment of TUI Financials or the market as a whole, as I wouldn’t know what to look for.
My confidence is based on demand. I”ve already booked two breaks with TUI for 2021 & all of our friends & family have booked at least one holiday with TUI & others. Bar a new lockdown, nothing stops the Brits or Germans from wanting a break in the sun.
