Many companies have a small cap valuation totally different from in the ground NAV valuation .

So why do i keep reading asset valued at 1 bill when its not had CPR or even been drilled.

Its not a 1 week job , a multi drilling plan takes time & costs ( i appreciate recent raise )

Just a lucky guess and a nice round number ?

Without a official report asset cant be valued at 1 bill .

This is what was posted( im guessing by company news release . Now your saying its 25 mill and not dilution .

How are they going to raise 25 mill then -----euromillions ?

A 25 mill raise is still X 10 dilution plus associated fees .

So will leave a share price circa 0.5p adjusted from todays level if the deal completes .

Another con job where loyal shareholders are shafted .

I merely asked how the 1 bill is going to be raised & i replied to the given answer .

1 bill from dilution , equates to a share price of 0.00025p .

Why are they raising 1 billion if only be worth 30 mill as said.

I am not a troll im merely asking questions , isnt that what the boards are for not merely a ramp ramp platform .

Thanks for reply , so atlas is going to dilute from 10p ish a share and 2.5 ish m cap to raise 1 bill .

I think i will sit tight as share price will be dliuted massively after completion , like 400 times smaller at a rough estimate . Although clearly mcap up .

It concerns me that if Atlas metals is morphing into a major player , then why is there so little interest?

Also can someone explain how they are financing this deal , i will admit to switching off since i sold on the rise & have been dealing with ill health in family .

I notice recent placing , im expecting share price to drop below this level which may be a good entry point . But have concerns about funding .

Any words of advice appreciated .

I was in this company before done a nice exit on the spike , didnt sell at the peak but finally escaped after being locked in .Seems like its a historic repeat of this time last year looming .

Todays news release like many of the past ambiguous to the extreme ??!!

Judgement is out , if it goes back to 5p i may have a risky entrance .
