It sums up PFC why is he not selling well IMHO he can't because his Shares are Security at the Banks.....But that Security is now Nearly Worthless.....Hence maybe why PFC are rumoured to be Renegotiating at the Banks??????IMHO.....

Another Point was that The Labour Market was how PFC started and it was a well run Business....IMO.......The Training Business allowed PFC to mobilise labour quickly to assist the Oil Majors to respond to what was Cost Reimbursable work for PFC.......

That Business is has now evaporated as there accounts state the EPC work amounts to 95% of there contract breakdown .......Why would you replace Low Risk guaranteed margins work With High Risk Fixed Price Loss makers...... Who's call was that answer the BOD

The BOD of PFC are not going to save the Shareholders

These people have ben proven to have lied and cheated the Shareholders for years…..FACT

They have paid Bribes to obtain work……Fact

They are creators of the Financial Mismanagement noted by Auditors in the Accounts…….FACT

And have promised Jam Tomorrow for over 12 years Now….IMHO

And over that period have blamed everyone else and wheeled out patsy CEOs who turn and run when are faced with the Reality of the Black Hole……..IMHO

Mystical Billion Dollar Contracts that they have that have the potential to be BIG LOSSMAKERS AND THE BOD KNOW IT……Its only too buy time….IMHO

PFC had a training Business in Aberdeen it was the cornerstone to control the Offshore Labor Market….. Everyone Going offshore in the Industry needed to complete a Offshore Survival Course or Refresher Course to get a Job or Keep it……

It meant that PFC had effectively a monopoly on Labour Supply…. It was a real big money maker………It Brought in 1000s of Jobs for PFC and allowed pFC to Dictate the Labour market to the Oil Majors mostly "Cost Reimbursable" away from High Risk EPC Fixed price...

Then why would PFC sell its Prize Asset because answer they needed Fast cash……….

This BOD will potentialy sit until the Receiver’s are Appointed and will continue this Charade leaving any one holding shares that are worthless ……..

I still await a response from Ernst Young and LEEG from my emails on the Misleading PFC RNS..... by the Way so I will report them to the FCA.......Maybe the SFO or even the "bulletin board police " can help.... will try them too.....
