March is shaping up to be a key month for Ajax, although extensions are distinctly possible. All about Eureka for me, and sincerely hoping for good news in preliminary findings.

Completion on acquisition done -

Eureka – Drilling started 12th January - Preliminary assay results are expected by the end March 2026. JORC compliant by end June 2026.

La Norteña – Alluvial gold – not aware of any recent update on progress?

Paguanta - Completion is expected to take place no later than 5th March 2026

Pereira Velho – completion of the Proposed Acquisition on or before 6th March 2026

Leon – completion by 10 March 2026 (end of 90-day technical, legal, commercial, and environmental due-diligence period and exclusivity)

Rachaite - completion by 22 March 2026 (end of 90-day technical, legal, commercial and environmental due-diligence period and exclusivity)

Completion of the acquisition of the Pereira Velho Gold Project expected around 30 January 2026 so more news very soon.

Expecting some more Eureka news too as the drilling continues, looking forward to interim results there.

My expectations on imminent news flow -

Completion news on Paguanta - 31 December 2025 was the deadline to negotiate final contractual terms to reach contract completion.

Eureka drilling progress – I would expect some announcement of drilling progress and an early result, hopefully exceeding expectations but I would personally settle for early findings being in line with past non-JORC compliant reports as they were from credible sources .

Alluvial gold operation – update expected early in new year (approvals news ) – IC seemed very keen to get this started and generate income

Obviously, there is an awful lot going on besides the above, but for me…positive Eureka news flow in the coming few weeks will surely start to give the market confidence, word is also (albeit very slowly) spreading regarding Ajax. I see 12-15p being realistic in Q1.

EID due early Dec, drilling to commence the week after...is anyone aware of an estimate being given at any point on drill timeline to JORC report release? I'm just curious as to how long it may take for Eureka as I have absolutely no idea.
