Also if they( directors) were buying. I'd be more worried. because that'd mean no news is due for months.
Think about it.

Directors have a limited time to sell, so news is imminent.
For obvious reasons they cannot sale after a big news. That would count as insider trading.
So whoever had to sell a few, had to do it now or wait months.
I'm holding firm, you all can do whatever the u want.
