Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
I'm still here, I check the chat boards most days I just feel like I have nothing to add to the discussion. I am still holding and have been adding here and there.
Im not sure about the US mint but I wouldn't be shocked, its a bit out my remit as I deal in the secondary coin market rather than buying from supply. :)
@Bonkers, I must admit I follow this board daily but I feel I have nothing to offer apart from my insights as a coin dealer. For me its a play on whether you think gold will have its time in the sun. Then all the mining companies will do well, I just think HUM has the most potential. There is no point in me speculating either way, I buy I hold and one day I hope to make a tidy profit, if it goes to 0 so be it.
To add, check out the 1/4 2022 sovereign. A little know fact the 2012 1/4 bullion sovereign had a mintage of 170 ish (yes you read that right) The fair value is most likely around 175 to 200 for that coin. I have a sneaky suspicion it will be very overlooked this year. I will be taking a position of 10 to 20 myself :)
@bonkers
I always say to people go fractional. But the reality is it all depends how you wish to sell.
If you sell peer to peer its premium in premium out. If you know you will sell to a dealer then its ounces all the way. If I could make a suggestion as a full time dealer. If you are going to hold a few years, I would buy the bullion 2022 sovereign personally I dont think you can go wrong on it as its going for bullion prices but in a few years it will sell for semi numi prices (*as long as they dont mint them to kingdom come)
I wont get involved with the price action - its goes up and down but correlates with money supply.
@Bonker
Ive raided ATS a few times, they are a top bunch of people. I also would vouch for Atkinsons, Paul and the team are a truly top team.
@Agropersons
Can you point me in the direction where the intention was dividends. This is a question I have been pondering but wasn't aware that there was intention to have a dividend.
Thanks in advance.
I always seem to get on the wrong side of the trade, but its partly because I have to sell coin from the business and then take it out as a director loan so I am reactive when buying rather than having a set amount.
I do think this will come good in spite of the BOD rather than because of them. Happy to add and hold.
Id happily take a 50p buyout - dont get me wrong I certainly think there is more to be had but between now and April I have another 10k ish to dump in my isa. Currently estimations I should have c.130k shares.
Cash out at 50p would be a 65k value which I could reinvest tax free in passive income. 3k plus is nothing to be sniffed at a year :D
Ill throw my hat in the ring for appointment to the board.
I have a half a million turnover gold venture and lets be honest its probably the only way Im ever going to make money out of this stock if we carry on going haha
Wasn't expecting that, have a habit of topping up and it losing ground. From reading I think it can go either way atm
We need to get the new mine on track and iron out the current issues as we all know. Im optimistic and will continue to chip away at it where I can but I am slightly miffed.
