The next focusIR Investor Webinar takes places on 14th May with guest speakers from Blue Whale Growth Fund, Taseko Mines, Kavango Resources and CQS Natural Resources fund. Please register here.
The next 3 months will be absolutely transformational for the company and the share price. So much news will be coming through. Vet summed up nicely earlier in terms of the current stakeholders in the project so far:
Glencore
CMEC
PSEI
AD Ports
RoC Government
Did anyone else notice the company updated the 'About us' part of their RNS since the CEO news..
A major Project update is underway to freshen historical studies in light of changes in the world's economy and growing demand for low-carbon steel production, for which the Zanaga resource is highly suited, with the potential to become one of the largest producers of high grade premium pellet feed iron ore.
Got to love that bit about third parties in the RNS. Sometimes you need to read a ZIOC RNS 10 times to truly soak up every word they put in as I'm sure I always gain a little more detail each read-through..
Post from MM on the other board about an MOU between AD Ports and CMEC. I think it's safe to say our port MOU will be with AD Ports. But how great those two are already working together!
C/O AD Ports in July:
Abu Dhabi, UAE – 20 July 2023: AD Ports Group (ADX: ADPORTS), the leading global facilitator of trade, logistics, and industry, and China Machinery Engineering Group Corporation (CMEC GROUP), a state-owned key enterprise directly managed by the central government of China, have recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a strategic cooperative relationship.
> CMEC: a state-owned key enterprise directly managed by the central government of China
>> So the central government of China is proposing building hydropower for Zanaga.
Pleased to confirm that #ZIOC’s CEO, Mr Marty Knauth, and other members of the ZIOC team will be at the #FutureMineralsForum in Riyadh from 9-11 Jan 2024 to progress engagement with strategic partners

O Feasibility Study update - End 2023
o Hydro power partnership - Q1 2024 (Memorandum of Understanding)
o Port partnership - Q1 2024 (Memorandum of Understanding)
o Strategic partner initiative - Q1 2024 (Memorandum of Understanding)
2 out of the 4 ticked off, re-costings obviously successful enough to move to phase 2. Would be HUGE if phase 2 is about cold pellets!
Did someone order a side of cold bonded pellets..
Phase 2 - Processing technology application study
§ Chinese EPC Partner possesses a proprietary new processing technology for iron ore processing, with the potential to provide further capital and operating cost savings beyond the results of the FS Update.
§ The application of this processing technology to the iron ore from the Zanaga Project is planned to undergo technical assessment as initial results from the FS Update are received in the coming months.
Looks much better on his CV to use his Vision Blue role than 'Investor Relations Manager'. We'll all owe Andrew a drink if/when the share price rockets as I'm sure he was almost single-handedly keeping the project alive for a number of years. He hasn't really been there as an investor relations manager for the last year or two, and that is disappointing. But, I've always taken that as a positive note.
Hi Jiving, it's a great read-across for potential valuations.
Ex, obviously the admins would disagree and have obviously decided you talking about other shares on the Zanaga isn't appropriate.
You're obviously desperate to talk about other shares, maybe you should post on the Sundance board.. if there is one after they delisted and had x2 failed occasions of bringing finance into the project in 2015 and 2018.
Oops.. see how you rub off on people.. now I'm discussing other shares..
Previous tweet from 6 months ago only has 1.2k views.. was at 1.1k prior to the latest tweet.. the tweet from the other day has surpassed that figure already.
The big takeaway for me is whoever posted that tweet was already in Riyadh.. discussions most likely already taking place and FMF potentially where any deals get signed with all parties around the table at the same time..
Jiving is still here then? Reminds me of a Ricky Gervais joke.. A guy walks past a poster saying ‘guitar lessons available’.. and he gets angry and thinks ‘but I don’t f**king want guitar lessons’. Fine, it’s not for you, just walk away..
No one is forcing you to read these posts, but you seem desperate to respond. Get that looked into at some point if I was you.
