Just to remind this forum - at one point a shorter opened up to us and explained how they get paid. This was based on a percentage or point drop the SP travelled after they pushed and pushed with nugatory negative not validated or supported claims. Hence, their motivation is clear and morally negative to human ethics with unproven, valueless and empty banter they place here.

That matters to people and it is understandable that they want clarity. The statutory deadlines for this work fall in 2027 and it remains within scope to resolve it with Capita. But my immediate priority remains the recovery work on the outstanding bereavement and ill-health cases, outstanding pensions quotations and getting the scheme operating back at its expected standard.
