RKH have announced an RNS about a meeting in December about the Merger, see this bag of crap BOD's are up to date and not let us nothing about what's going on.....Sack the lot of them and veto the merger!!

It's actually a case of misleading shareholders by what they released in RNS's saying that they had enough funds etc

While still holding onto the CPR for Zebedee without releasing it to the Shareholders. Seems like the CPRs have been released between the FI Oil Companies and not the Shareholders. Also how can you Merge while drilling Isobel/Elaine etc, when we know that there is a huge find there. We have had the indications by the spill, the RNSs released and also backed up by drill members. This Merger does not add up to me and i'm certainly vetoing it, seems like the BOD have all took a quick exit, while they could. Be interested to see if this goes through, how many of our BOD stay on the larger company BOD..............probably none!!

Heres what you BOD think of us all............totally against it at these prices.......especially with whats to come at Isobel/Elaine

The other supply/support vessels are being used for the rescue of passengers from the Cruse Ship which went on fire.

There's nothing to stop them saying that they have finsihed ops on Humpy and are on their way to Isobel/Elaine as they are now under their own ops and finished with Noble. They will only come under the other party, when they get to Isobel/Elaine, so they are under their own jurisdiction.

In saying Thanks very Much to the BOD's for keeping us all up to date on what is happening. Its a good job that you have PI's to let you know that ER has completed all OPs on Humpback and is now nearly halfway into its journey to Isobel. Well Done BODs, alot of us PIs now know where we stand......By the way we the PIs will help you with your next RNS..........Isobel spudded!!

There is defo something going on down in Humpy that no one seems to know anything about. As it's nearly 2 weeks after the RNS was released, well done NOB and FOGL for letting your share holders know.

Is that they have have a spill again and cleaning up ops in progress again. But there would be more supply/support vessel activity if that had happened.

ER moved off at the start of the week, but seems to be hanging around this area now. It's now over a week since the RNS came out, so seems a bit long for completion activities etc.

What is the likelihood of poss ER and Fogl going it alone and drilling the second well, which was scheduled under Noble. Could that be poss and could this be what we are observing now on MarineTraffic with ER not moving Northwest bound.

Wasn't meaning you in the slightest. But a few peeps that are probably sitting in the background etc reading this BB, they know who they are and were first to jump up and cry Duster!!.............hopefully thinks work out against them and they will feel foolish in the long run.

Are starting to believe what i said after the RNS last week, before peeps were saying it's a Duster etc.........it never was a Duster.....it was just non commerically viable at the price of oil today.

Only reference to Humpback is the following sentence Quote "The Humpback exploration well, drilled in the Company's Southern Basin acreage offshore the Falkland Islands, reached total depth in late-October, and is being plugged and abandoned."
