can anyone explain please. I had 10811 shares in CFU at an average of 9.36p. I bought a further 21428 in the open offer at 7p. My average has now gone to 12.45p surely the average should have gone down not up?

I have been watching his share for a long time and tried to buy in at the start of the week before the rise. I deal through the halifax but they will not let me buy shares in CWP in the share deal account or in the ISA account even though they deal on the LSE. it has cost or lost me a lot of money depending on how you look at it. Can anyone explain why they cannot be bought/sold with Halifax. thanks
