Angus 100% of the Balcombe bill is only for the proving up of the current well. if there are any other costs developing the site, other wells, disposing of water ( of which there is none) angus share is 25%

What would be interesting is, the questions not answered.
Those who don't have theirs answered, please put them on here, it's as important to know what isn't as is.
may even be more important to know what they shy away from.

Legal action from the P.I's is a waste of time. But the whole thing stinks. Brockham doesn't flow and We have a buyer, while at the same time, stringing their investor along with, discussing with our partners, then it turns out, partners had never been talking to them either. FCA can deal with them. or the Fraud squad .

As far as I remember , 1/2 way there, then they stopped, decided to apply for long term test and returned to Brockham.

it wouldn't be a repeat kenni, it would be their first with a clean well. and would help raise the SP considerrably from what we know so far.

I think it was a genuine mistake on Angus part, what they believed to be true went into the RNS. the 7 day flow test was only to start aftwer the well was clean. it wasn't. it's simple.
probably being on the back foot with previous council problems albeit a different one and Swampies looking at everything.
Angus actually think they began the 7 day test, when in fact they were still doing the clean-up preperation.
It was after all, only later when testing the water, it was found to be kill flued.
So it's my opinion that they could go back and do the 7 day test this month if they wanted to, planning still exists for it.
