if it is Exxon,i wouldnt think they would be playing around with a starter for 6re complete wells,they are not a 420billion dollar company for no reason,i think they fully understand the project and wont want to lose something of this magnitude by starting off with a tiny jv,big companies are big because they think big and go all in when they want,and i hope they want what we have and wont risk being gazumped by a competitor,once again only my opinion
