Taken from the last rns.... Commenting on today's announcement, Simon Fry, Executive Chairman of the Company, said: "Should the resolutions be approved at the General Meeting, my fellow Directors and I expect to be able to make a swift start to the implementation of our bespoke investment strategy. We are wholeheartedly committed to ensuring that our shareholders are able to partake in our growth plans, such that, over time, we can all jointly harvest the benefits of the new strategy"
A late or after hours with the mother of all great RNS's for amazing weekend news coverage would be nice.... not ramping... just putting it out there in the universe.... lol
Afternoon all.... I see it's as exciting as ever. Anyone know why the name Monchhichi was chosen as the new company name? Isn't that the name of a Japanese toy lol....
Evening all.... it's been quiet on here these last few days. I've missed the gravey train here twice now, bit annoyed but have stocked up and waiting. So anyone want to give an update to time scales here for the next month or two? Maybe even 6 months? From what i can gather.... AGM on the 5th. Warrants at 1 for 4 for all current holders on that day. Then a GM set for approx how many days after that??? Min wait? Update from MD for investment strategy before the GM? Does MCC still own the coal asset or did zorbas take that with him? Many thanks.... oh yeah and happy new year ;-)
Someone else buying in now
Morning all.... Right it's early hours and I've been out and had a few....... Read the last few messages on here since I last posted and seen some pretty loyal die hard IGAS supporters..... Ok..... Nothing wrong with that.... Let me ask you this then..... Why did you start investing in the first place? Was it because you saw some company and decided you liked them and so bought a company scarf and shirt to wear proudly? Hell no...... We all started investing to make money....... Yes money..... We're not here for loyalty..... Anyone who is is just lying to themselves.... All you are is a BUY and a SELL volume. Companies don't go out of business because they don't have supporters who buy their stock.... They go out of business due to bad management, bad decisions and being out manoeuvred ...... Simples. Igas isn't gonna give someone a "thank you for all your support" if they go out of business. It's a simple ZERO. I honestly want them to succeed, to frack and to boost the economy, to create jobs.... More importantly I want to see a profit...... But I'm not willing to loose my investment in blind faith..... Hell Im not supporting a football club here.... I'm supporting my hard earned cash. If they sort out the finances then I'll buy in again..... If they put out a placing to raise money I'll buy... But I want to know that what I invest isn't gonna be taken away by some company that has bought out your debt..... Simples. The long term holders, the short term holders, the shorts (if there are any).... All have an agenda..... To make money. Far better it we as share holders question everything than have evangelistic like shareholders. Anyway..... Still had a few too much.... Good night..... RNS come on you C!
RT, Macca, Mill..... All good points and agree. We're just gonna have to see how the company plays this out. Folks have been waiting around for years now for fracking to kick off, IGAS have been here through all the dramas just trying to frack, they have acquired licences and put up some big money to get the company to this stage and as things are looking up along comes a wolf ready to pick off the richest of the herd when it finds itself in a little trouble. This wolf has some serious money backing it..... They want the companies assets.... Tells you that the industry will take off and we'll all profit as long as the horse we're backing actually makes it to the race.
Hmmmm...... Not the result I was hoping for. The board must be prepared for this result and have a plan B.... So we will find out by the end of next week maybe even this week if Plan B is ready to go. Not the company's best option. As much as I want the company to succeed and us all to profit..... There is someone lurking in the background with an Agenda..... This worries me. If IGAS can get around this I'll buy back in straight away but yesterday's XEL fiasco was a stark awakening (was not invested luckily).
Bugger..... Just read the end of it.
Boom...... Waiver approved!!!!
RNS today or tomorrow? What do you think?
Today is gonna be a good day.... After today this sp will be back on the move ;-)
Cheers Macca.... Let's see how it goes ;-)
Damn..... My condolences to your pocket rogue..... Sorry to hear that. So is there a way today can be reacted tomorrow and IGAS go from current sp to zero?
Mac..... What are your thoughts on XEL's run in with its bond holders today?
Saw this posted to the web recently http://wsconfidential.com/technical-analysis-focus-rsi-watch-for-andes-energia-plc-aen-l/10914.html
This will keep rising until close like previous 2 days
Potentially see it climb again after lunch like it did in the two previous trading days
Bio.... Got another Question.... On the company page under Aim Rule 26 securities in issue it states "At 6 August 2014 the Company’s issued share capital consists of 514,807,468 ordinary shares". "The company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury and therefore the number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 514,807,468" "In accordance with the AIM Rule 26 in so far as the company is aware, the percentage of the Company’s issued share capital that is not in public hands is 33% as at 9 April 2014" Then under Shareholders dated July 16 the company lists 9 major shareholders who have above 3%. This lot hold a total of 66.19% amongst them. So my question is where is that 33% or is that potentially included amongst the major shareholders? Outstanding warrants? Care to help me out here please :-) Link..... http://andesenergiaplc.com.ar/aim-rule-26/
