I'm not understanding why Esken's bond secured with Ldg shares would effect the share price. Obviously for Esken shareholders that's bad news because as things stand the money for the bond will have to be found elsewhere.
Why would it drag a share price where the NAV is around 20p based on founds in an account.
There's nothing to worry about here, if the company was to close you'd get about 19p a share. They've made one investment and already that's returned profit. They are potentially investing in a decent company further, with news due beginning of May latest. The last year the share price has gone from 7p to hanging around 15p. The people making the decisions own a quarter of the shares. Tell me the negative and why anyone would sell, apart from nerve.
Caretech are on the verge of being taken over, which will be good news for Ldg investors.
Don't be fooled into selling because of a little dip. You will always see that after a decent rise, people bottle it and take their margin and run. You would be crazy to jump now, practically zero risk as things stand.
What would you like truthfactory to say?
Ldg have 130 million in the bank. There is no opinion required. That equates to about 19.5p a share.
DBAY are the investment managers. Only question to ask yourself is if you believe DBAY will make good decisions with that money. So far we have no indication on where it is being invested.
The share price will always slip a little with no news and no positive indication of where they are investing. The share is worth 18.5p with the cash in the bank but people are waiting to know what they will do it. No move upwards until then
I for one am very pleased with this news. Some of the complexity of the structure has gone and the one thing Truth has got right is you now have only to decide if you believe in the directors and Dbay. One thing Dbay are good at is making themselves money. This is nothing but a positive move even if your name is truthfactory. From where this share was 6 months ago these are decent steps.
Fireant why are you here? What news were you hoping for if it wasn't this?
OK TF of course you haven't. So your appearance on this board is as a non biased, non invested and of no personal interest. Why does this share above all other shares deserve the constant attention of TF? The Knight in shining armour, speaker of the truth and representative of the Private investor!
I'm afraid Koppaberg TF has one mission on this BB and that is not to enter into rational discussion. He lost a lot of money when the price plummeted and can no longer see past the bitterness that clouds his vision. Pre results he predicted no reduction in debt, no increase in profits and that the money raised from the placement would be half of what they achieved. The placement being over 70 percent oversubscribed. The company is moving forward and Dbay have no incentive to bring down a company theyve invested more and more into.
One word of advice for anyone reading on here, do not listen to truthfactory. He is not invested but feels the need to continuously attack the Ldg for no other reason (allegedly) other than being a hero for the naive investor. He goes very quiet when the share does well and comes out in full glory when the price goes down. Look at the figures and do your own research.
