CPX could follow the original model of ARM many years ago - concentrate on the research and design and let someone else do the manufacturing.

Next Major hurdle - getting paid in a timely manner.

Recruit and install a financial controller one day; promote the next day to CFO and incumbent CFO retires a couple of days later.

My confidence with this company is waning.

Somewhat surprised at the lack of comments on the profitable share disposal. There again, the price achieved is at a significant discount to previous ( significantly smaller number of shares) disposals.

A rocky ride here for the last couple of years.
The re-instatement of the dividend was a big plus.
With a very skewed share holder distribution, one whim or negative RNS could see this plummeting again.

The current discount, even at sp of 800, look to good to be true compared with the JGGI premium.

Not unexpected. Explains the drop in price over the last few days.
Although the 5M+ options are relatively small in number, I wold have thought these would not have been 'issued' 'in the money'.

Strangely, I wondered where my raft of '22' shares went as well. I see no record in my account either.
Seems theses defffered share are only worth anything if the company winds up.
Think shareholders get 'current' share value , augmented by £10M, the next payout is to the deffered shareholders, then any access back to the shareholders again.
