All Parties are fully committed to the formal completion of the IM transaction, following each parties final internal approval process which, with reference to the Client Company (a global manufacturer), is planned for next week.

The Company will provide further updates in due course, including details regarding the revenue impact of the IM transaction executed.

Great RNS .. on time and gives a chance to buy in advance of the good news.

I would love to know how many of the negative posters have shares in the company .. perhaps you could all tell us ... if not just go away .. if you're not invested why spend so much time here, pretty sad to be honest.

What a toxic board this is, rarely any meaningful posts .. just rampers vs de-rampers every day with hundreds of rubbish posts .. what a shame you don't have to prove that you are invested to be able to post on a board.

I only have 3 million share and would love it to reach just 1p but would be very tempted to sell at half a penny.

we were told we would get an update and we got one .. yes it would have been nice for something in there to cause a rise in the sp but there isn't .. we weren't promised fantastic news so what did people really expect.

Quite possible RNS was ready late pm but AZ decided it would have more impact on the sp to release it in the morning.
