I'd hope the results news Tuesday give a some positives and I don't believe they will drop the SP lower.

The only concern from the results is any hint at a cash raise, again I doubt they will or need to. They haven't in 5 years

It's good to look at all positives and negatives of a share otherwise it's just blinded

No problem at all and I get your points also.

They clearly had no idea of the update or they would have sold some before I'm sure

I think it's oversold, I think it's a great opportunity and the drop from that update was way to much.

If Dowgate had not sold any and more importantly there was no 2nd February Holdings RNS from them I believe people would have bought like mad and it would be 80/85p now

However they did sell and I'm sure the sells last night were theirs too.

No PI will sell nearly 200k at this rock bottom price

As I say if it was them hopefully we get an RNS to sho3 it

Then a few days of them not selling and everyone will pile back in

The reported revenue drop from Bridgestone is the only reason I can see for them to be selling off

The other reason would be a cash raise, but I don't believe this is imminent at all

I agree I'm amazed they are selling now at such a low price... see my comments below, about the fact I don't think they will continue to sell all the remaining %

The spread is tiny now but I can buy at 65.20p

I'm just amused at the absolute desperate ramping of a few when clearly the BOD have told you they need 40m euro or 35 pounds and want authority for upto 80 million

Its basic maths and the fact no company issues an RNS like last night then raise at a premium

If you do the basic maths .. the rise will be at 55p at absolute maximum.. it could be as low as the 30p people quote

Herdie you are spot on but I think as it's 40m euro and this is in pounds it's more like 47/48p

No price was mentioned but at 40m EURO or 35m POUNDS it's around 47.5p

I don't think it will be 30p .. especially as a rights issue .. my guess is 55p but this is AIM

I'd worked out 48p so I'd expected 55p

But the way the AIM market is and trying to raise 40m euro 35m GBP.. 30p is looking more and more possible
