It is hard getting staff at times and in the short space of time from July / August when the recruitment drive began it would be silly to think all the TM's are in place, Sanj has already alluded to this.
London should be launched with an update detailing how many and how long each TM has been working on London.
Manchester and Birmingham should each have 2 territory managers 20 restaurants for a major city isn't good enough
Newcastle TM should already have been replaced and out of respect to shareholders an update provided to the market.

As a minimum Birmingham numbers x 3 plus migration of almost 50nr we paid Tablepouncer for so as a minimum I'd be expecting 110 going live Tomorrow in and around London.

6 weeks in and peoples expectations are unrealistic.

Sanj has already communicated some staffing issues with some of the TM
Its blatantly obvious Newcastle TM didn't cut it and has now been smoked
The south and south west has been reduced from 2 to 1 TM
leaving us with just the Midlands TM (Leicester Birmingham Coventry)

Also supposedly have 3 TMs in London
Plus 1 in Manchester also imminently due to go live
So 6 TMs max out of the 12 that were being targeted

A clear market update would be good SANJ identifying what TMs are currently on the books and why others didn't materialise
Investors would be more understanding and place reasonable expectations on the company with this clarity
More is expected due to the lack of and clarity of information being put forward.

Good staff are hard to find let's up the bonus on offer and attract some of the best
